
Internship - Digital Training & Customer Engagement (m/f/d)

- Product Training & Content Creation: You will help improve and market our training portfolio. This includes creating online tutorials, videos, and promotional materials for our B2B partners with state-of-the-art digital tools.
- Manage the Customer's Digital Journey: You'll take an active role in managing our Learning Management System (LMS)-the digital platform where customers access our training- ensuring a great user experience.
- Enable Global Sales & Partner Channels: You'll be a key point of contact for our internal teams and external partners worldwide, creating and distributing communications that empower them to promote and sell our training offerings effectively.
- Analyze Commercial Performance: Move beyond simple metrics. You'll learn to track and analyze data on course enrollment, customer engagement and feedback.
- Shape a Digital Product: You'll support updates and the rollout of new features on our Bosch Academy, directly contributing to the improvement of the learning experience (UX/UI).
- Bachelor's degree and/or student in master's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand. (Other languages are a major asset!)
- Keen interest in technical learning content and training methodologies
- You're proficient in MS Office, with an enthusiasm for quickly adopting and leveraging new digital marketing technologies (including AI-powered tools)
- A proactive and independent mindset, with organizational skills to manage projects in a fast-paced, international environment
- A sharp, analytical mind and a strong desire to learn how marketing drives business results
- Bonus Points: Experience with data analysis or tools like PowerBI would be fantastic
