Technical support for the content management system ST4;
Hands-on solution configuration of new requirements;
Inbound/outbound interface configuration and debug of solution;
Regular alignment with external vendor of CMS;
Perform trainings regarding the usage of Content Management System ST4;
Ensure documentation of processes to Content Management System users.

QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:

Academic background in Information Science, Language Sciences, Technical Writing or Communications, or Engineering degree with experience in technical writing;
Experience with content management systems, preferably Schema ST4, and/or authoring tools, and/or translation management tools is a plus;
Experience in technical writing and editing, and/or demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical content is a plus;
Knowledge about different file types and how to structure/read them (TXT, XML, XLSX, CSV, XPath, XSLT);
Very good level of written and spoken English;
Quick learner with natural curiosity and willingness to figure things out;
Interest in product data and digital content management.
