Business Consultant (M/F)

• Act as Solution Owner, ensuring project scope, testing (UAT), and overall solution quality (UI, user experience);

• Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization;

• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into structured, actionable requirements;

• Design functional workflows and define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using visual tools (flowcharts, diagrams, mind maps);

• Support the delivery team throughout implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.

• Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Business Management processes;

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels (executives, peers, technical teams);

• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities;

• Experience in UAT/UI testing and user validation processes;

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer orientation;

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively;

• High integrity and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields (Master's is a plus);

• Professional experience in consulting, business services, or technology;

• Previous experience in a Big Four consulting firm is highly preferred;

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish or Frenche is a plus).
