We are looking for a talented and driven Chief Data Scientist to join our innovative team.In this position, you will apply advanced statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and robust data analysis to generate actionable insights, create predictive models, and enable impactful business outcomes. This role offers the chance to work with varied datasets, modern cloud platforms, and advanced tools while collaborating across functional areas to tackle sophisticated problems.ResponsibilitiesLeverage mathematical, statistical, and machine learning methods to inform strategy and decision-makingEmploy tools and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch to develop predictive and prescriptive modelsIdentify and validate data from internal and external sources to uncover meaningful patternsEvolve hypotheses, analyze data in analytics sandboxes, and iteratively improve modelsUse Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data manipulation and analysisCollaborate with teams to ensure proper data sourcing, cleaning, and preparation for analysisOptimize and manage relational datasets using SQL while adhering to governance standardsPresent insights through visualizations created in Matplotlib, Seaborn, or PlotlyAlign organizational data strategies with industry best practices in data managementDeploy machine learning models to production environments via cloud solutions such as AWS SageMaker and EC2Work with engineers and stakeholders to create scalable solutions for data-heavy workloadsRequirementsAt least 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related domainsProficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learnKnowledge of machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorchSkills in cloud-based tools like AWS, including S3 and SageMakerBackground in big data technologies such as Spark and experience with SQL for relational databasesFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitUnderstanding of NLP techniques and sentiment analysis systemsCompetency in applying data visualization principles with Matplotlib, Seaborn, or PlotlyBackground in data governance to ensure compliance and accuracyNice to haveKnowledge of Docker for managing containerization and deploymentsBackground in Snowflake for data warehousing and advanced analyticsFamiliarity with tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence within the Atlassian suiteUnderstanding of simulation techniques and scenario-based event processingWe offer/Benefits
