Analyze, design, and develop solutions and enhancements in Murex according to business requirements.
Maintain and improve existing functionalities, ensuring stability, reliability, and alignment with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, resolve issues, and deliver on agreed objectives.
Communicate progress and challenges regularly, providing transparency on deliverables and timelines.
Ensure quality of code and documentation, applying best practices and adhering to internal standards.
Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Participate in process improvement, including the optimization of development tools, automation of tests, and continuous integration practices.

Qualifications

Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in software development with a solid understanding of coding principles and methodologies.
Technical expertise in: Murex (Datamart, MSL, Exchange MXML), Shell scripting, SQL (Oracle) and PL/SQL, GIT
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and propose efficient solutions.
Interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in an agile, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring the stability and quality of deliverables.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Fluency in French (plus).
