- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
- Write and manage user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful and timely delivery
- Identify and help resolve blockers or gaps in requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to craft clear, concise, and effective user stories
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of Education Data Architecture (EDA) concepts and frameworks
- Experience with Salesforce Communities or similar platforms
- Background in the education sector, public sector, or data-driven projects
