Apply now!Skills.Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:Digital backgroundPast experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement, including Process management aspectKnowledge of Part21G and/or EN9100 desirableCommunication and Change management skillsAbility to write emails in English and French, to communicate on the phone or via emails with suppliers and Airbus employeesBe customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergenciesEager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvementA degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experienceFluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiationsAbility to work in a multicultural environmentAble to travel domestically and internationally when neededShows a lot of rigor and concentration at workResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:Compliance Officer (Business improver) position to support POYC team (Control Supplier) and entire Procurement Operations organization with compliance check related activities and risks analysis.Essential Functions:● Contribute to Control Supplier procedural documentation maintenance (document update, Means of Compliance review and update when necessary) and Process Performance Indicators creation and maintenance● Contribute to SCQM Support activity and propose improvements● Contribute to knowledge management by proposing new items to be added to existing FAQ or Chatbot● Preparation of awareness/training support contents● Daily support to Operations (Internal requestors, Captains in Plant and FAL) with regards to management of A/C related subcontracted activitiesAdditional Responsibilities:● Support Control Supplier Process Owner in identifying and mitigating risks associated to Supplier Surveillance and Compliance
