- Welcome clients and provide a memorable, luxury in-store experience.
- Act as brand ambassador, representing our values and unique concept.
- Showcase, promote, and sell our brands and products, encouraging cross-selling across Amorim Luxury brands.
- Ensure outstanding client satisfaction at every visit.
- Manage purchases, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and care.
- Enrich and update our CRM database with client information and preferences, always respecting GDPR compliance.
- Oversee store inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Previous experience in similar roles within fashion retail.
- Strong customer service mindset and high service standards.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work on weekends and night shifts.
