Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, contributing to an efficient and positive learning experience for all employees.Note: This position is open for 3 locations: Lisboa, Tomar and GuardaLearning Needs and Planning Support:Assist in the collection of learning needs from various departmentsSupport the development and management of learning plans by handling administrative tasks related to planning and documentationManage logistics, including booking rooms, arranging materials and coordinating with trainers and participantsLearning Offer Management Support:Assist in the scheduling and coordination of learning programs, workshops and eventsSchedule training sessionsSupport the enrollment process for various learning activitiesEnsure learning offer information is up-to-date and accessible to all employeesLearning Delivery and Administration:Oversee the administration of learning platforms and systems (e.g. Workday) for the entire shared services function, including user support and data entryManage the enrollment process for learning programs and track participant progress across different unitsProvide first-level support to users regarding access or technical issues with learning platformsStakeholder Collaboration Support:Provide administrative support for collaboration with various departments and business unit leadersAct as a point of contact for basic learning and development inquiries from all supported areas, escalating complex issues as neededReporting and Analysis Support:Assist in generating reports on learning activities and outcomes by compiling data and preparing basic reportsSupport the analysis of learning data by maintaining accurate records and providing data summariesContinuous Improvement Support:Assist in reviewing and improving learning processes and methodologies by providing feedback and implementing approved changesStay updated on administrative best practices in learning and development and shared services delivery modelsSupport the implementation of new tools or methodologies to enhance efficiencyAre you a MATCH?Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within a learning and development or shared services environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in using learning management systems (Workday knowledge is a plus) and other administrative softwareBasic analytical skills with the ability to compile and present dataFluent in English - MandatoryOther European language are a plus#LI-DL2Our Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
