- Your tasks:
- Handling and documentation of outbound calls
- Contacting customers via phone in order to remind them that they need to consent for their data to be in the clients database
- Mandatory:
- Dutch Language (C2 level at least)
- English (at least B1 level, written communication)
- Personality: You are a talented communicator, fully committed and solution oriented, team player with interest in the automotive industry.
- Working method: You are friendly, organized and customer oriented.
- Experience and know-how: Even though it is not required, you ideally have some experience in customer services and have handled inbound and / or outbound calls.
