
CRM Manager B2B (m/f/d)

- You handle the setup and ongoing optimization of B2B CRM campaigns across all 9 corporate countries (US and EU)
- You execute tests, analyze performance data, and identify trends to maximize revenue from digital customer acquisition and sales
- You conceptualize and implement ad-hoc, informational, and promotional one-shot campaigns in our CRM tool
- You collaborate with Tech, Brand, and Sales Enablement teams on templating and copywriting
- You manage data, track results, and create performance reports
- You work closely with your Team Lead to ensure performance targets are met
- Education You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Passion You are excited about Online Marketing and have successfully managed your first e-mail marketing campaigns
- Curiousity You keep up with the latest e-mail marketing trends and thrive in a fast-paced, agile team
- Language You are fully proficient in English, any additional European language is a plus (e.g., German)
- Tools You excel at working with large datasets, have strong Excel skills, and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)
- Bonus Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or SaaS gives you an edge
