- Identify and prevent contractual, financial and operational risks;
- Actively participate in the pre-sales phase;
- Ensure that the main project resources have a very good knowledge and understanding of Group's contractual rights and obligations, both in relation to clients and partners, in order to be able to evaluate the impact of their actions;
- Evaluate opportunities to improve contract performance;
- Define and monitor action plans in close collaboration with execution teams;
- Monitor changes and update contractual documents;
- Drafting and negotiating changes;
- Monitor the financial situation of the project, together with the financial and execution teams, and take the necessary measures to ensure the protection of the Group's financial interests at project level;
- Participate in different decision-making bodies at project level: operational committees, etc.
- You will also be involved in developing the contract management function within the Group and anticipating future trends and needs;
- Furthermore, you will participate in the contract management training program created to train operational and commercial teams (training given in French or English).
- At least 7 years of professional experience in managing and negotiating contracts for large IT projects (IT outsourcing, etc.) or large industrial projects;
- Experience in public tenders and contracts will be an advantage;
- Initial or additional legal training is required (in commercial law, IT law/new technologies or public procurement law);
- Experience in IT Multinational Companies;
- Reflection and analysis focused on activity and problem solving;
- Ability to identify contractual levers to improve the profitability of contracts;
- Strong writing skills, both in terms of contractual clauses and correspondence (including letters of complaint);
- Solid experience in creating control and monitoring processes for contractual risks;
- Strong analytical and methodological skills, as well as strong facilitation skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships, both internally and with the client, and to work well in a team, but also independently and autonomously;
- Communicate skillfully and accurately in complex situations (sensitive message, difficult audience, unexpected situation, etc.);
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities;
- Reliability and fulfillment of commitments;
- Candidates must speak and be able to work perfectly in English and Spanish;
- French would be an advantage;
- Availability to travel frequently.
