- Sourcing for candidates;
- Create and manage a pipeline of candidates for each role;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing regular feedback;
- Working in collaboration and foster strong relationships with our stakeholders to ensure we find the best talent;
- Promote Blip’s values and culture to keep attracting the right talent;
- Attend Job fairs and recruitment events;
- Support and participate in the development of talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English;
- Proactive, competitive, and passionate about problem-solving with a solution-oriented mindset;
- Solid experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously;
- Expertise in screening and interviewing based on competency frameworks, making data-driven hiring decisions;
- “Candidate-first” approach, ensuring alignment with BLIP’s culture in every interaction;
- Proven track record in recruiting for fast-growing, high-tech product organizations;
- Capable of recruiting at pace while continuously supporting the improvement of processes and policies.
