Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionality to meet specific business needs in the energy and resources sector
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services
Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to enhance business processes
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server is a plus.
Experience with Azure cloud services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
Experience in the energy and resources sector is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
