Join our dynamic team and be part of shaping the future of digital entertainment!Role Overview:As a Back Office Escalations Agent, you'll be at the forefront of resolving escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues. Your role will involve investigating complex cases, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while upholding company policies and service standards.Responsibilities:

Resolve escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to our products and services.
Conduct thorough investigations, analyze data, and identify root causes to determine appropriate solutions.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to deliver timely updates and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and enhance customer support procedures.
Provide guidance and support to front-line customer service representatives on handling complex issues and escalating cases.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of €850 per month
Tech Bonus: €50
Language Bonus: €200

Relocation Package:

Up to €200 reimbursement for travel ticket expenses (after 3 months, upon evidence of travel ticket)
