- 📧📞 Help customers by email and phone — always friendly & professional
- 📅 Support with bookings, changes, cancellations, and billing issues
- 🙋 Answer customer questions and explain different rental options
- 📝 Collect customer info and add it to the system
- ⏱️ Reply to requests quickly and show great care for the brand
- 🌐Proficiency in German
- 😀 Positive attitude & great communication skills
- 🧘 Ability to stay calm and patient with customers
- 💻 Comfortable using computers and online tools
