Service Business Analyst

• Proactively define technical solutions in collaboration with technical teams (architecture, cyber, integration, etc.);
• Collaborate in designing functional diagrams that support decision-making and serve as the foundation for the technical solution;
• Follow up on developments, quality deployments, and coordination of integrated testing;
• Coordinate UATs with the business before go-live, for projects and other developments;
• Prepare relevant information for the analysis teams;
• Request effort and cost estimates from the technical teams;
• Act as an escalation point for operational incidents related to the platforms in this area;
• Manage incident priorities based on criticality and the number of users affected;
• Regularly monitor the progress of incident resolution.

• At least 2 years of experience with similar roles;
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field;
• Experience in incident analysis, resolution, and management;
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with technologies such as Flutter and MERN (mandatory); SQL and Java (optional);
• Ability to analyze system documentation and architecture;
• Knowledge and analytical understanding of the digital ecosystem and its various components (Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals, etc.);
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Spanish language skills are a plus;
• Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
