- Collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Leading workshops with stakeholders to define and challenge solutions.
- Translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Working closely with architects to align functional requirements with technical feasibility.
- Participating in sprint activities and collaborating with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Performing functional tests and contributing to test automation initiatives.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparing documentation and training for various teams (Product, Support, Dev).
- Communicating effectively with multicultural teams, combining English and French in daily interactions.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Agile software development environments.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, user story definition, and backlog management.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and estimation techniques.
- Experience analyzing data across different business domains.
- Fluency in French (B1/B2 minimum) - essential for understanding documentation and communication with Paris-based teams.
- Residency in Portugal - Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
