Provide friendly and effective support through multiple communication channels

Assist with account setup, password recovery, billing inquiries, and identity verificationTroubleshoot technical issues with attention to detail and clear communicationDeliver a consistent, compassionate experience to all usersMaintain accurate case records while following internal proceduresWork collaboratively with internal teams to improve support processesOffer feedback and ideas to enhance customer experience and service deliveryRequirements:

Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
Fluent in English (B2 level)
EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
0-1 year of experience in customer support
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
