- Development of new features for CREWS and LiveChat products within Salesforce.
- Challenge technical and functional solution to ensure the implementation of new features meets a high standard and is future proof.
- Cooperate with agile teams to understand, refine and estimate requirements.
- Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee quality and performance.
- Participate in key initiatives that spawn in parallel to CREWS and LiveChat to develop dedicated projects.
- Produce significant, reusable, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
- Protect the well-functioning of CREWS and LiveChat and our Salesforce instance.
- Ensure traceability through Jira (agile project management tool).
- Attend and participate in regular agile meetings (Daily Meeting, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective).
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud development and technical project delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Solid experience with Service Cloud, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, and related capabilities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Digital engagement implementation with enhanced channels.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Proven ability to integrate systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (admin, developer 1 and 2, service cloud consultant, platform app builder etc).
- Practical experience working in agile teams using Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.
