Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
Education recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc in Finance, Economics, Management, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field with an accredited school.Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for Project Set Up in Systems, supporting Quantity Contract Creation, Update, Maintenance, Closure, and Automation.
- Assist with Project Closure, extracting data and sharing with Financial Project Controllers for follow-up actions. Clean up SAP reports and align with project closure activities.
- Develop proficiency in established procedures and business acumen in the Telecom Industry.
- Perform basic tasks under close supervision, focusing on process standardization until we can digitalize and then apply automation. It will also be required to do data problem-solving regularly so we can understand what new actions are necessary to take.
- Gain experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Microsoft Excel, applying tools to improve processes and identifying automation opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree completed recently or in progress in Finance, Economics, Management, IT, Data Science, Business, Information Management or related discipline
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
- Ethical mindset with a commitment to integrity and responsible decision-making
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 tools
- Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform / AI / Microsoft Excel
