Continental is strengthening its team with an HR IT Solution Manager to support HR-related IT services and processes, with a special focus on the EMEA region (France, Romania, Hungary, UK, and Slovenia).Main responsibilities:- Manage the relationship between the HR department and internal IT teams;- Lead and support services related to personnel administration, time management, and payroll systems across multiple countries;- Ensure service delivery and process quality, working with SAP cloud, SAP on-premise, and third-party systems;- Coordinate projects related to new requirements and process improvements;- Align with global standards on data protection, cybersecurity, and IT governance.Requirements:- Academic background in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related fields;- At least 3 years of experience in IT or HR systems;- Knowledge of HR processes and systems (personnel administration, organizational management, time and payroll);- Experience in IT service management and/or project management is a plus;- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;- Proficient in English (French is a plus);- Willingness to travel up to 20%;Data de validade: 26/09/2025
