Job Flexibility: HybridJob Description:Continental's digital capabilities are expanding, and their IT Competence Center for Sales, Logistics, and Finance is the digital backbone of the company's Tire business. They are looking for someone to join their team and drive innovation with the latest technological solutions.As part of the team, you will:Work as an IT partner and provider with the Continental Quality & Sustainability Team.Ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional hubs as well as with internal and external partners.Handle tickets, incidents, and changes efficiently.Plan and implement requested changes and extensions together with the business application manager/business key users.Control the budget for services and create order requisitions.Support the continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies, and architecture.Actively participate in global IT and business projects.Assist in the development of global standards, strategies, and concepts, and their implementation.Your Profile:Basic Qualifications:Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related qualification.Experience in Quality & Sustainability processes is appreciated.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in English (spoken and written).Team player with a willingness to work in a global team environment.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to find workable solutions for all parties involved.Independent, structured, result-driven, and customer-oriented working style.Preferred Qualifications:Multiple years of professional experience in IT service management or project environments.Knowledge or experience in service management, e.g., as a service or application owner.Previous experience in managing external service providers.Our Offer:Integration into a challenging international work environment.Flexible and hybrid working model.Agile and collaborative working style.Continuous talent development and training opportunities.Personalized development planning (e.g., mentoring, training, or global internal Software Academy).Work with an international team across 3 locations.Opportunity to make an impact.We are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.
