- Leading and/or participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives;
- Supporting the quantification and impact assessment of initiatives and projects to build a value proposition increasingly focused on results;
- Train the business teams in Continuous Improvement methods and tools;
- Contributing to the evolution of the Continuous Improvement system through the development of Principles, Methods, and Tools;
- Keeping up with market best practices by participating in specialized forums and visiting other market players to ensure the implementation of best-in-class practices.
