- Supporting internal shopping cart and procurement request processes, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.
- Acting as a primary point of contact between employees and the central services (SX) organization for headquarters-related topics.
- Maintaining and updating process documentation and user guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient workflow operations.
- Monitoring and managing service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping implement best practices across support operations.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for external employees, including identity and access management coordination.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in employee support roles or service desk environments.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP systems and identity management tools.
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A strong customer service orientation, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work.
- Previous experience with internal procurement or catalog-based item management platforms is a plus.
