To strengthen our internal IT team, we are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Dynamics 365 environment and its connected technologies: Someone who combines broad technical knowledge with a hands-on mindset. Ownership and further development of our internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, like Sales, Project Operations, Human Resources

Collaborate closely with internal business units to analyze requirements and implement scalable solutions

Design and build both low-code and custom-code extensions

Integrate Dynamics 365 solutions with internal systems using Power Platform, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 tools and applications

Optimize collaboration and document management by integrating SharePoint Online, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 apps

Document technical solutions, ensure quality standards, and train internal stakeholders and key users

Support deployments, data migration efforts, and release management activities

Requirements

Several years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Hands-on experience with the Power Platform

Proficiency in extending Dynamics solutions using Power Platform, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 tools

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and how they integrate with Dynamics

Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling for reporting and analytics

Business English

Preferably certified in Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert

Experience with Azure services is a plus

Independent, structured working style and a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions
