This role supports the adoption of value-selling practices, partners with sales teams to shape compelling value propositions, and delivers ROI analyses to support strategic deals. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, regional stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute customer value engagements across strategic opportunities in MEA and APACPartner with regional sales teams to develop and articulate value propositions and ROI modelsSupport the adoption of value-selling tools and methodologies across the MEA and APAC sales organizationCollaborate with the Customer Value Team to localize and implement scalable value-selling practicesDevelop and deliver customer-facing content, including business cases, ROI analyses, and executive presentationsContribute to the creation of reusable value assets and tools tailored to the regionAct as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand the business and financial impact of technology investmentsProvide coaching and enablement to sales and solution consulting teams on value-based selling approachesWork closely with the Global Solutions Consulting team to embed value-selling in the sales processMaintain alignment with regional Sales Directors and GSC leadership to prioritize engagements and resource allocationKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of high-impact customer engagements deliveredNumber of localized value assets and tools developedRevenue and pipeline influenced by value engagementsAdoption rate of value-selling practices among sales teamsRequired Experience:7+ years of experience in management consulting, value selling, or enterprise solution sales3+ years of experience in complex sales cycles and C-level engagementExperience working in or with the financial services industry is mandatoryStrong consultative and value-based selling skillsWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
