Descrição da vagaGrafton is part of GI Group Holding, dedicated to the recruitment and selection of specialized profiles in the Engineering & Industry, Finance HR, Banking & Insurance, and Sales & Marketing segments.Our partner, global leader in consumer electronics and home solutions, is looking for an Account Manager for its team.As an Account Manager for the Kitchen Specialist Channel, you will manage a network of kitchen specialist customers with the goal of driving sales growth and strengthening relationships within the built-in Home Solutions segment.Responsibilities:
  • Manage key customer accounts and achieve sales targets;
  • Forecast sales and control stock levels (sell-in vs. sell-out);
  • Understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal teams;
  • Present product roadmap and define store assortments;
  • Plan and execute promotional activities;
  • Support forecasting and supply processes;
  • Monitor KPIs and report on account performance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Management, Marketing, or related field;
  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in built-in appliances;
  • Solid knowledge of sales metrics and forecasting;
  • Proficient in MS Excel;
  • Fluent in English; fundamental.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Organized, resilient, and results-driven;
  • Availability to travel as needed.
