This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Want to join us?Your role:Leading all development activities according to PDP/ADP with limited supervisionMaintaining engineering documentationConducting benchmarkingCoordinating the creation of prototypes from project to final product, with supervisionAnalyzing finished product, drawing conclusions, and making improvementsChecking and creating reports on the quality of production componentsInputting data into DFMEAConducting ME (Manufacturing Engineering) activities and preparing cost estimatesReviewing test reports, drawing conclusions, and proposing changesCreating and performing tests for production machinesDeveloping procedures and test requirementsAddressing simple production problemsConducting on-the-job trainingFamiliarity with training documentation and BOP/BODImproving analytical tools Monitoring market trends and conditionsParticipating in drafting technical specifications for new equipment and softwareMaintaining constant contact with the customer, supervising and defining directions for collaborationWorking in accordance with Aptiv standards and specific customer requirementsProposing improvements to the Aptiv systemYour background:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field2–5+ years of professional experienceEnglish language proficiency at minimum B2 levelKnowledge of other foreign languagesStrong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Effective time management and task/project executionExperience in manufacturing process development, especially in automotive or similar industrySolid understanding of technical knowledge and design principlesHigh level of analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
