Designing, developing, and optimizing AI solutions using cutting-edge models and techniques across different domains, tackling problems related to predictive analytics, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and automation.
Translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
Building and productionizing AI/ML pipelines and agentic workflows.
Deploying and prompt-engineering large language models (LLMs) using Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for domain-specific use cases.
Leveraging cloud platforms to support scalable development and deployment of AI solutions.
Collaborating with backend engineers and cloud architects to deliver AI-first systems.
Monitoring and continuously improving model performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments
Ensuring all solutions meet enterprise-grade standards for reliability, traceability, and maintainability.

We are looking for...

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and implementation in a consulting or corporate environment.
In-depth knowledge of generative AI methods (e.g., LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, embeddings, agent systems) as well as classical machine learning.
Experience with cloud-based ML services such as Azure ML Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, AWS SageMaker, or AWS Bedrock.
Proven experience designing and deploying AI pipelines and multi-step agent architectures.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern ML frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
