- Manage and prepare HR-related documents
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support HR programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
- Bring up complex queries to senior HR team members when needed
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions
- Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting and insights
- Build and maintain strong internal client relationships
- Fluent Portuguese & English speaker
- 12+ months of experience in a customer-facing HR role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
