Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEService Desk Agent - Dutch will be responsible for providing hands-on support in Dutch within the healthcare IT industry for PACS products. This role involves following processes that drive improvement and quality and effectively communicating complex information in a well-structured manner. The agent will establish solid relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the customers.YOUR PROFILE

High School specialized in technical subjects, IT qualification obtained through a private course or related field.
Strong proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
2+ years of experience in IT.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter and proactive attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Customer focused attitude and previous experience working with customers.
Hours of working: Should be available to work in shifts. Shift schedule shall be provided a month in advance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity of working on PACS products and PACS product knowledge.
Experience or knowledge of concepts like DICOM, HL7, Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE), and Radiology Workflow 15.
Familiarity with databases (Oracle preferred), SQL.
Knowledge of IT Security Policies and Standards.
Bachelors degree in Computer science or equivalent is preferred.
