  • 💬 Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • 💡 Help merchants with their products, services, and account questions
  • 🤝 Work closely with other teams like Sales and Marketing
  • 🔁 Suggest ways to make our customer service better and smoother
  • 🧾 Document cases and feedback clearly
What We’re Looking For
  • 🌍 You speak German fluently and have a good level of English
  • 📱 You’re confident using smartphones, tablets, and computers
  • 😄 You’re friendly, patient, and love talking to people
  • 🧩 You’re curious, like solving problems, and don’t give up easily
  • 🧘 You stay calm and organized, even when it gets busy
  • 🎯 You care deeply about making customers happy
  • 📞 Experience in a contact center or support team is a plus
