- Continuing commitment to marketing best practices and marketing effectiveness;
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, report on marketing programs and expenses;
- Creating a reporting dashboard with ROI, KPIs, and other metrics tied to specific marketing programs.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, either in GameDev, Dating, Gambling, eCommerce, FinTech, or Crypto;
- 3+ years of experience as a CMO/Head of Marketing/Head of Growth;
- Experience with developing and implementing marketing strategies globally;
- Strong hands-on knowledge of performance marketing (including Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc);
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Docs (Excel), BI systems;
- Experience with retention channels, budget management and financial analysis (incl. building fin models & forecasts);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1);
- Highly organized with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with teams, departments, stakeholders and C-Level;
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
