Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
Min. 4 years of experience as a Production Support Engineer;
Strong experience in Unix/Linux and command-line tools;
Proficient in basic scripting (Shell, Python, Perl);
Good understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB);
Knowledge about KDB+/q;
Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/UDP) and troubleshooting;
Hands-on experience with Splunk, ELK, Graylog, Loki;
Experience with Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, or Kafka;
Skilled in using ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana;
Knowledge of latency monitoring tools (Corvil) is a plus;
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
