Location: LisbonRole: Italian speaking Content ModeratorSalary: salary package 1,166 euro gross p/m (this does include monthly Christmas and and holiday bonus) plus 380 euro gross performance based bonus plus around 150 net food voucher p/mWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational between Monday - SundayRelocation Package: flight reimbursement of up to 400 EUR, plus subsidised accomodation available (Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included - discounted directly from the payslip)The CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - serving more than 2,000 clients across all major sectors. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful city in Porto, they are looking to recruit Italian speaking Content Moderators.The RoleAs a Content Moderator for a social media video streaming platform you will review and analyse video content You will be tasked to identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner. Attention to detail is important in this job.RequirementsFluent in Italian and good command of English
Ability to have high attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or content moderation desired but not a must
