We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our content moderation team for a major global social media platform. In this role, you will review, evaluate, and take appropriate action on user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and moderate user-generated content in Italian according to internal policies and guidelinesRespond to content-related inquiries and escalate sensitive cases when neededMaintain accuracy and consistency in decision-makingMeet quality and productivity targetsContribute to a safe and positive online environment for all usersWork Schedule24/7 coverage Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)Days off: 2 rotational days per weekSalary & BenefitsBase salary: 1,000/month × 14 monthsPerformance bonus (monthly, based on KPIs)Welcome bonus: 3,000Accommodation provided by the companyPaid training providedHealth insurance after the probation periodRequirementsNative-level or fluent Italian (C2)Good English skills (B1/B2)Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgmentsComfortable with potentially sensitive or graphic contentEU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalHow to Apply
