- Monitor and support CORE and RAN networks to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot service-impacting issues across Voice, Data, SMS, and Registration services.
- Analyze and resolve network faults using tools and traces involving protocols such as SS7, MAP, ISUP, SIP, CAP, DIAMETER, and related telecom signaling stacks.
- Escalate and coordinate with vendor and engineering teams on complex incidents.
- Participate in the root cause analysis of major incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Support daily operations and incident management, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation related to procedures, configurations, and fault analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Radio Planning, Core Engineering, and Customer Support.
- Stay updated on network evolutions, including 5G, IoT ecosystems, and virtualisation trends.
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid experience with troubleshooting in CORE and/or RAN networks.
- Strong understanding of telecom signaling protocols: SS7, MAP, ISUP, SIP, DIAMETER, CAP, etc.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing issues across Voice, Data, SMS, and network attach/registration flows.
- Experience with trace analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark).
- Knowledge of the IoT ecosystem or M2M services is a plus.
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills involving complex telecom infrastructures.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Team player, highly organized, and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
