You identify improvement areas through both expert exchange and data analysis
You own this improvement potential end-to-end from further discovery to solution concepts and implementation
You have an immediate impact and focus on providing short-term MVPs in a high frequency, minimizing the time-to-improvement
You ensure sustainable efficiency by iterating until a customer-focused, automated long-term solution is implemented
You facilitate a global optimum through ongoing exchange on improvement ideas throughout the team, division and company

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience You have experience as an analyst in a Multi-Stakeholder environment where your results go hand-in-hand with relationships
Education You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
Tools You have profound knowledge of Excel, SQL and - ideally - first experience in AWS Quicksight. Python skills are a plus
Mindset You bring drive and the willingness to take full ownership, thriving in a dynamic environment where trust and responsibility go hand in hand
Language You communicate fluently in English
