- Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
- Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
- Provide information, and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
- Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.
- At least B2 level at English language.
- Sense of responsibility, pro-activity and dynamism.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication Skills.
- Availability for Hybrid work.
- Availability for oncall.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
