  • Lead a QA team focused on automation-first testing strategy.
  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and pipelines.
  • Ensure full integration of automated tests into CI/CD environments.
  • Actively participate in product planning and Agile ceremonies, ensuring a high level of quality assurance from sprint to release.
  • Mentor and grow QA team members and coordinate test strategy across projects.
What we are looking for:
  • Several years of experience in software QA with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proven leadership experience in a QA/technical team lead role.
  • Hands-on expertise with Selenium and growing familiarity with Playwright.
  • Strong Python automation skills (Java is a plus).
  • Experience testing web UIs, backend APIs, and microservices.
  • Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
What will be a plus:
  • Experience with AI-assisted QA tools or testing frameworks.
  • Exposure to test management systems and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with Bitbucket or GitLab pipelines.
