Strong skills in planning, coordinating, and executing software releases (train, hotfix, incident) across development, test, and production environments;
Experience building and maintaining release reference paths and detailed technical roadmaps;
Ability to monitor release content, progress, dependencies, and eligibility status;
Proven experience establishing and enforcing Change Management processes, including approval workflows and migration strategies;
Expertise in managing Incident resolution processes, coordinating hotfixes, and maintaining incident backlogs;
Strong reporting and KPI tracking skills across Release, Change, and Incident Management;
Experience working in cross-functional, multi-application environments;
Fluent English communication skills.
