What's in it for youPlan, structure and lead complex technical OSS programs and projects with cross-functional character in a multinational environment. Drive the translation of business demands into technical requirements and identification of impacted OSS domains which includes feasibility assessment, HLD, time and cost estimations. Ensures frequent progress status reporting and presents in Steering Meetings to Senior Management stakeholders.What you'll do

Demand Portfolio Management.

Demand Characterization, Screening and Prioritization
Validation of user-stories
Gather missing information through direct meetings with Requesters
Keep stakeholders updated
High-level Technical solution definition

Feasibility analysis
Identify impacted domains based on tools involved in the design
Address demand to specific technical teams
Build HL Design
Coordinates and participate in the design of the target solution architecture in accordance with the Architecture principles and blueprints across all OSS domains
Define time-plan and cost estimation
Register all information related to demands in collaborative tools
Proactive Stakeholder Management
Support Supply Chain Management in RFP / RFQ activities and supplier contract creation
95% projects are outsite Romania
Use-case qualification outcome

Translate functional requirements to technical use-cases
Include business benefits and in large projects prepare information for initial BC
Tech. Cyber Security Assessment Form

Identify security risks
Mitigate risks and issues with the support of CS Team
Include security in the technical design
High Level Technical Design

Build high level architecture and interfaces
Create technical design collecting and merging contributions from technical Domains
Prepare and defend the Demand analysis in the budget approval board: Technical solution, Time plan, and cost estimation

Who you are

Engineering degree in telecommunications, computer science or related field
Excellent skills in Communication and Stakeholder Management
Customer oriented
Senior, confident and committed appearance
8 years professional experience and proven track-record in management of ICT projects and programs, preferably in a multinational & multicultural environment
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, i.e. Prince2 or PMP
Good knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
Experience in supplier management
Portuguese/English language proficiency
