You will primarily work in customer service, with both companies (B2C) and customers (B2B) being your clients and you dealing with both.
You work in customer support with various problem-solving methods and techniques that help the customer to solve problems and questions and at the same time make them satisfied.

What are we looking for?

Round 1 year of experience in sales. (telemarketing, etc)
You are passionate about helping people and learning more about the industry.
You think logically and are a good problem solver.
You are patient and approach and overcome challenges with a smile.
