- Lead discovery sessions with large enterprise customers to assess and analyze inefficiencies in existing tooling, processes, and operations within and outside of PagerDuty
- Develop custom PagerDuty architectural and integration designs that support customers' business and technology initiatives while accounting for enterprise environment complexities
- Translate architectural and integration designs into strategic implementation project plans and assist in execution of defined project plans
- Serve as customers' primary technical point of contact to answer and triage technical questions while leading conversations to influence product adoption
- Own and increase product adoption metrics across multiple enterprise customers while collaborating with Customer Success Managers on large-scale onboardings
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or technical account management role with enterprise customers
- Deep understanding of Digital Operations platforms and how they fit within larger enterprise technology ecosystems
- Proven ability to design custom integrations using APIs and technical best practices
- Experience translating business requirements into technical implementation project plans
- Experience with PagerDuty platform or similar Digital Operations tools
- Strong automation skills for creating tools to accelerate repetitive tasks and customer implementations
- Proven ability to collect and organize feature requests while balancing customer needs with product roadmap priorities
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise onboardings and customer lifecycle initiatives
- Technical expertise in enterprise tooling, processes, and operations optimization * Experience with automation; Rundeck a plus.
