You'll join a cross-functional team of AI Product Managers, Designers and Solutions Architects-playing a central role in shaping the next generation of software products delivered by Visma.Why This Role Matters:

As an AI Product Manager, your primary role is to identify the most valuable problems to solve.You will define how an AI-powered solution can deliver an excellent user experience that, in turn, drives tangible business value. Your focus is on ensuring our AI initiatives across our portfolio directly contribute to our strategy for B2B SaaS value creation and support our commercial goals. You will support teams from concept to launch, ensuring that the resulting solution makes wide, meaningful impact.What you bring to the table:

Drive Product Ambition: Inspire AI vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products and features across a variety of business domains in Visma.
Ensure Viability: Partner with Visma companies, AI Designers, and Architects to align technical possibilities with genuine customer needs and measurable business value.
Shape AI Product Discovery: Lead discovery work to identify meaningful AI use cases, evaluate them critically, and prioritize based on impact and learnability.
Problem Solve and Prototype: Be hands on, creative and utilize AI tools to develop prototypes that accelerate the journey towards successful AI product launches.
Learn and Share: Pick up and share success stories, define and track success metrics, learn from mistakes - all to improve and increase chances of winning.

What we expect from you:

Hands-on B2B SaaS PM: Proven track record shipping products in B2B SaaS, ideally in growth-stage environments, owning the full lifecycle from concept to launch.
0 → 1 Execution: Experience taking products from idea to revenue, driving prioritization, iterating quickly, and creating/removing process to move fast.
AI Literacy & Prototyping: Skilled in AI prototyping, AI-assisted user interviews, prompt chain design, and knowledgeable in agentic AI systems and intelligent automation.
Data-Driven & Analytical: Comfortable defining experiments, interpreting both quantitative (usage, cost/token) and qualitative (interviews, NPS) insights to guide decisions.
Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Able to explain tradeoffs to technical and executive audiences, working cross-functionally to align user needs with business goals.
