Ensure that all products comply with food safety, quality, and legal standards (BRCGS, Global GAP, customer specifications, etc.);
Create, update, and implement policies and procedures related to food safety and quality;
Develop and manage the internal audit program based on certification and customer standards;
Manage non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring root causes are addressed effectively;
Lead the HACCP team and ensure the management of the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems;
Oversee environmental management and the companys relationship with national environmental services;
Provide clear and regular communication regarding technical risks in the supply chain and the measures implemented;
Prepare and present KPIs and reporting in line with internal deadlines;
Coordinate the companys Integrated Management System.

What are we looking for?

Good command of English (mandatory);
Previous experience in a technical role within fresh produce or the food industry;
CCP Certified Trainer;
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and EMAS;
HACCP training (minimum 25 hours) and BRCGS training;
Strong communication and conflict management skills;
Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams;
Critical thinking and customer-focused mindset;
Goal-oriented and proactive approach.
