Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Facilities Monitoring Plan, contributing to the operational efficiency of building systems;
Support maintenance technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities across various areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works);
Accompany and monitor subcontractors during on-site interventions, ensuring proper execution of tasks and gaining exposure to contractor management practices;
Comply with environmental, health and safety (EHS), quality, and productivity standards in all assigned activities;
Adhere to the organization's internal rules and regulations, including the Code of Ethics, conduct guidelines, and working hours;
Promote and maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times;
Perform additional tasks, beyond the primary scope of the internship, when required due to operational needs or training opportunities, under the guidance of the supervisor.

Education & Experience

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a vocational or technical program in Electromechanics, Building Maintenance, HVAC/AVAC Systems, or a related field;
Strong interest in building systems maintenance and willingness to learn in a practical, hands-on environment;
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from experienced technicians and supervisors;
Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures (preferred);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
