- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for the management team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Evaluate current financial and operations processes and recommend improvements.
- Support budget preparation and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial standards.
- Assist in the implementation of business intelligence tools.
- Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or similar.
- 3-4 years experience in business analysis or controlling positions.
- Experience working with ERP and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent English.
