- You will be part of our B2B Supply Chain teams and focus on one of the following missions: Quality & Process Excellence/Production & Planning/Logistics/Operations
- Quality & Process Excellence
- Analyse and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Support the implementation of standardized workflows and quality controls
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement initiatives
- Production & Planning
- Assist in demand forecasting and production scheduling to ensure optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and production partners to meet delivery timelines
- Track order progress and resolve bottlenecks in the production process
- Contribute to process documentation and optimization of planning tools
- Logistics
- Support first mile operations, coordinating supplier collections and inbound transport
- Monitor last mile deliveries, resolving delays and improving customer experience
- Assist with warehouse inventory tracking, stock accuracy, and process optimization
- Manage return flows, ensuring efficient processing and clear communication with partners
- Operations
- Assist OPS account managers in coordinating with B2B partners and internal teams
- Support order management by tracking, updating, and ensuring accurate order fulfilment
- Collaborate with the customer excellence team to address client issues and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain operational dashboards, reporting performance and improvement opportunities
- You are equipped with good communication skills in English.
- You are skilled in data analysis, enjoying working with numbers and finding ways to improve them.
- You are process-driven, with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.
- You are an excellent communicator, ready to collaborate with teams across the globe.
